The reason I was drawn there until the very end was that the director really led the consultation well and was kind, and above all, they kept offering alternatives for the line I wanted, so I thought, as expected. But the manager didn’t feel kind at all, and it was a clinic I kept considering to the end purely because of Director Shim.
