It's not a large clinic, but since it's a medium-to-small plastic surgery clinic, I liked that I could get a consultation right away without waiting. I had a brief consultation with the manager first, then with the director, and both of them explained things kindly and listened to what I wanted, which I appreciated. I also liked that when they gave me the estimate after the surgery, there wasn't an overly rushed feeling.
