Overall, they were kind, but they hardly asked about the patient’s wishes and I got the feeling they were a bit one-sided. The faces of the people at the front desk felt artificial, which made me anxious about the result. The interior was old-fashioned compared to a typical plastic surgery clinic, but that actually felt better to me (it gave the impression that they weren’t too focused on appearances). I decided not to have the surgery because I couldn’t even begin to estimate the result.
