It was the weekend, and the director had surgery before the consultation, so the wait was a bit long. The facilities were fairly average, and the staff were kind. The consultation order was manager > director > manager. The first consultation with the manager wasn't really about recommending anything; they just listened to the patient's condition and concerns, wrote things down, and conveyed their general thoughts? (I showed photos, and they honestly said that compared to these photos, it would be in this kind of state and it wouldn't come out exactly 100% the same.) In the later consultation with the director, they seemed a bit tired, so it wasn't very detailed, and I felt they were somewhat blunt. They basically only answered the questions I asked.. I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit.
