Basically, the hospital atmosphere is calm, so I think it would be good for someone introverted like me when getting a consultation. The managers were also generally calm, so it wasn’t a one-sided consultation; it was more of a style where they listened while talking with me step by step and explained things while hearing what kind of nose I wanted. The director was the same as the managers. He listened mainly to my story, found a direction, and recommended the surgery method and implant. The recommended implant was 4 mm silicone + septal cartilage and ear cartilage. There was no separate surgery for a hump nose or bulbous nose, just surgery on the basic bridge and tip.
