The waiting time was way too long.. it felt a bit chaotic. The consultation was also short compared to the wait time, but they do seem to say the key points clearly, so I guess that's okay. I was a little nervous because of the atmosphere, but the manager helped me relax and explained everything kindly, which I liked.
