My nasal columella sagged badly and my nose looked long, so I came for a consultation. The nose I wanted was a straight line with a higher bridge, and the doctor complimented me for choosing a line that suited me well and also recommended an implant. He said it would be better to dissolve the filler I already had and then do the surgery, and told me that no matter where I had surgery, I should dissolve the filler a week before. I trusted him so much! He really gave a very thorough consultation and showed me lots of different nose lines, so thank you!
