The manager was kind and calm, explaining things in a gentle, step-by-step way, so I could consult comfortably and ask about all sorts of things. The director was also kind, and for the surgery he even drew pictures and explained everything in detail, and he was full of confidence. But even when I asked about various concerns, he kept saying everything was fine, which actually made me worry about that part more..
