After my first surgery, the hump on my nose wasn't corrected well, and more than anything, my alar correction wasn't done properly, so I decided to get a revision surgery. There were a lot of people there, so I had to wait a bit, but once it was my turn, I understood why there was a wait. The consultation was detailed, and they answered a lot of my questions, so I was really grateful. And more than anything, the manager empathized with me as if it were her own problem, and that made the consultation feel so, so good.
