The consultation went incredibly smoothly. While explaining things, they didn't mention the reservation deposit at all, and only at the end they said that if I decided to have it done there, I could pay the deposit by phone and then set the surgery date. I could really feel a cool-headed confidence in the clinic from both the manager and the director, so I think I was able to think about the clinic very positively.
