Because I had made an appointment in advance, I was able to get a consultation right away. I first spoke with the manager, and she was incredibly kind. At some other places I consulted, people spoke so fast that most of what they said just flew past me, but at Topfe the manager was the opposite and explained things calmly and clearly, which helped me relax a bit. Then I had a consultation with the director, who also explained things calmly and clearly. But they had a style of saying firmly when something wasn't possible, and that made the consultation feel trustworthy.
