First of all, it took too long from walking in to actually seeing the doctor. It wasn't because there were a lot of people, but because I spent a lot of time waiting in the consultation room for the doctor to come, or waiting for the head consultant to come.. I went on a weekday afternoon, but I didn't see a single person, and the surgery schedule seemed very relaxed. The staff seemed kind and professional, and the doctor explained everything very kindly.
