I was super nervous because it had been a long time since my last cosmetic consultation, so I went in feeling tense. There was a bit of a wait, but it didn’t feel like endless waiting; it felt more like waiting to figure out what was needed before the consultation, so I didn’t get annoyed. The consultation manager matched with me wasn’t overly friendly or overly cold, but exactly the kind of person who recommends, asks about, and listens to only what’s necessary, so I was personally satisfied. The director I consulted with was similar to the manager. So even though I was extremely nervous because it was my first consultation, I think I was able to have a calm, good consultation.
