I got the feeling that the system was well organized, probably because everyone had a clear role. So even though there were people waiting, it didn't feel chaotic. That said, there was a bit of a wait for the consultation with the director. Because of that, I spent a long time consulting with the director's manager, and she was very thorough in organizing everything. The director did look a little tired, but what stood out to me was that he understood the overall points well. I couldn't really express myself clearly and was rambling, but the way he recommended things and showed before-and-after images was exactly the feeling I wanted. Especially since it was a place where they made suggestions but never forced anything, I was able to consult comfortably.
