The director and the head coordinator were both kind, and we had good chemistry. They also explained the characteristics of the implant in depth, and gave me the choice of materials, so I'm still deciding. Rather than firmly pushing one option, it felt like they gave me enough room to think it over myself. There was some waiting, but they gave feedback on why it was delayed, so that was fine. I ended up putting down the deposit right away here too.
