It was peak season, so I expected to wait a bit, but the system was more organized than I thought, so the waiting area wasn’t chaotic, and if it looked like the wait would be long, they informed me in advance, so it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! As for the consultation, I could see the head coordinator right away, but my chosen doctor was in surgery, so there was a bit of a wait. Still, I was able to consult without feeling rushed, and it wasn’t the kind of factory-like answer; they explained only the parts that were really necessary for me, which made the consultation very helpful~
