As soon as I walked in, I filled out my chart first, and they greeted me brightly. Their tone was really gentle, and they spoke slowly, and they even apologized in advance for the wait, which somehow made me feel better too. But I was able to have my consultation with the manager a bit earlier than the wait time I had been told, and the manager's handwriting was really pretty. It was the kind of handwriting I like, so I remember it. Also, they explained things like potentially sensitive cost issues once, and I liked that there was no extra sales pitch. Overall, what stood out to me about the manager was that the consultation was very straightforward. After the consultation with the manager, I waited a little before seeing the director, and the director looked a bit tired, so I was inwardly thinking, ah, I probably won't be able to ask everything, but no, there was no problem with the consultation, and I was able to ask all the questions I had prepared. The director explained everything with a lot of enthusiasm, which I really liked. They repeatedly adjusted the lines several times and helped me check symmetry and the overall feel, so I was able to check various line options in detail.
