Especially with the doctor~ I liked how they explained things calmly, listened well to what I said, and answered in a direct, straightforward style! Because they were clear about what was a yes and what was a no, it was actually not hard to understand, and I ended up agreeing with everything. Since they apparently handle a lot of difficult eye and nose cases, there were quite a lot of people, so I had to wait, but for the amount of people there, the turnover (?) was pretty fast, which was a relief..
