First of all, the hospital was clean and decorated in slightly warm tones, so I could wait comfortably, and the waiting time was short too, which I liked. The first consultation was with the manager, and the consultation room was spacious with a big mirror, so it didn't feel cramped, and the manager also recommended only the necessary points without overdoing it, which I liked. The most important person to me was the director, who seemed a little tired, but on the contrary he explained things passionately and listened well to my opinions, so I was glad I could have the consultation without pressure, I think.
