The doctor is really kind and explains things quickly. But, as with anywhere, there is a tendency to want to finish a little fast. They talk about what kind of changes they will make, but they don't explain the incision or the method in detail. More than anything, the manager here is terrible. Of course the surgery is done by the doctor, and you should decide based on the doctor, but the manager ruins the score completely.
