When I watched the YouTube videos, I could understand the surgeon’s way of explaining things well, and it seemed like he had a lot of experience with cases similar to mine, so I went in for a consultation. The consultation process was similar to other places, but what stood out here was that there was no waiting, and that made a strong impression. The manager who consulted with me also didn’t come off as overly friendly, but rather calmly and clearly organized everything and explained it, which personally was my preferred style. The surgeon, too, explained things calmly with examples like he did on YouTube, which helped me understand a lot, so I liked that.
