First of all, if you're thinking of doing a first rhinoplasty with the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, this place is really good. Costal cartilage is okay too, but first of all the consultant and the doctor themselves don't force costal cartilage at all, and instead they recommend septal cartilage and ear cartilage for a first rhinoplasty, so it doesn't feel burdensome from the patient's perspective. I made a reservation and then canceled it, but it wasn't bad.
