I booked a consultation for revision nose surgery while looking at the cafe posts. The director and the manager were kind, but the front desk staff were busy talking among themselves, no greeting whether patients came or not, and I felt like an invisible personㅠㅠㅠ Even when I went to check in, they had no expression... ㅠㅠ Honestly, it was a bit scary...
