Director Lee Yoon-hwan is extremely kind and speaks softly, and he explains things very well. But he didn't talk about side effects, so I wondered if that meant he was that confident. The consultation manager seemed like they didn't really know much, but they kept recommending that I should get all sorts of surgeries done, which I didn't like. I don't understand having to pay for CCTV either.
