They gave a fairly detailed explanation. However, they didn't seem very confident about some of the surgeries ㅠ. I'm planning to get an additional consultation elsewhere. The clinic was clean and the staff were fairly kind. The consultation manager didn't really know much, so it seems right that they shouldn't be recommending detailed procedures like fat removal or back canthoplasty.
