Even though I had nose surgery, my nose was still small and my bulbous tip did not improve, so I came in for revision consultation. I had organized in my head the things I was curious about and the things I needed to know, but everything was already covered in what the manager and director explained, so I didn't have much to ask. Still, they kept asking if I had anything else I was curious about and waited for me, so I was able to get a more thorough consultation. Overall, they explained in great detail how, since my nose is slightly crooked within my face, it would need to be operated on if I wanted symmetry or something like that. It felt like they were thinking not just about the nose itself, but the overall vibe, symmetry, and harmony too. And they were also very clear that improving the nostrils showing from the front was possible, but because my nose is originally small and the skin is not very soft, there are limits, which I actually appreciated.
