I told them first about the surgery result I wanted, and they consulted me accordingly. So I asked the director whether what I wanted would suit me, or whether there was a look that the director thought would suit me better, and what kind of surgery would be best. The director said that my style itself suited what I had described, and that it was possible to do the surgery that way, so they explained it based on that. They explained things in an easy-to-understand way, so I didn't really have any more questions. The manager didn't pressure me to make a reservation, which was good.
