I consulted because I didn't like how my eyes looked dull and vacant, and it was good because they explained why they looked that way and could explain the surgery accordingly. I wondered if I had ptosis, but it wasn't that severe, and they said my eyelids seem to stretch easily, and because they cover the pupils, my eyes look small and dull. My eye openings themselves aren't actually small, but because I have an epicanthal fold at the inner corners, they said doing an inner-canthus incision together would make the line settle more naturally. The consultation was comfortable because they explained things slowly and in detail, and listened to every question to the end before answering.
