A person I know had a good double-eyelid surgery result here, so I went for a consultation. Mine is a revision surgery, so I went having already chosen the director, and he explained everything really calmly and clearly. I've been to quite a few consultations about eyes, so I had a lot of questions and things I wanted to know, and I was glad he listened to all of them. There are places that sometimes give answers that don't match the question or just rush through things, but here I really felt that the director was very meticulous. Rather than saying, 'I'll definitely give you this result,' he said things like, 'There can be limits like this, but if we do it this way, we can get it roughly to that point,' so I guess that made me trust it more.
