Personally, I thought the consultation with the director was good. They explained that there are various cases even for bulbous noses, and the explanation of why my nose was considered bulbous was very detailed. The manager listened well and explained the overall situation, and the director only explained the surgery-related parts in a professional way, so it felt like each person had a clearly defined role? They said that rather than something flashy, a straight bridge with the kind of refined look people talk about these days would suit my overall vibe better.
