The manager said that if I went ahead with correcting my bulbous nose, there were methods like trimming the alar cartilage or adjusting it to some extent ㅠㅠ But I know you shouldn't just cut the alar cartilage recklessly... The director didn't say anything about cutting the alar cartilage, and overall the consultation was fine. They pointed out well what the weak points were, and because the maxillary bone was slightly slanted, they also matched the drooping ear shape by saying the left ear would sit lower than the right... It was impressive that they could tell even though I was covering it with my hair.. I got the feeling the consultation manager wasn't very good at explaining, but since the surgery is done by the director anyway, well... I didn't get a CT scan, and there was no consultation fee either.
