The chief doctor’s explanation was professional, and I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but because the doctor finished surgery early, they consulted me right away, which was considerate. It’s a shame there was no CT scan, but maybe because they’re so experienced, just looking and touching was enough, so I kind of started to trust them.
