A year after ptosis correction and canthoplasty, the double eyelid line is the same, but one eye has less strength than the other and only opens halfway, so I've been inquiring by KakaoTalk for 6 months. They kept saying the staff would keep replying, but even when I asked again 3 days ago, they said they'd contact me, and still no reply. What is this.. It's not like there's even an event going on, and even if I want to pay for my own revision surgery, what exactly is the problem, and when can I come in? Do they just do the surgery and that's it?
