I had eye revision surgery with epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty six years ago, and for my nose they used ear cartilage + septal cartilage. I was satisfied for the first three years, but now, over time, the nasal tip has drooped, the cartilage inside the nose has broken and bent, and I can’t breathe through one nostril, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. My eyes also fully loosened, and the sausage-eyelid scar remained, so I went around looking for revision options, but a doctor said what kind of surgery leaves a scar like this and said there was no hope. They said I’d need a double-incision revision, but scars last forever. I don’t know if their skill has improved after six years, but I absolutely never want to go again.
