The consultation with the director was good, but the manager was extremely forceful about the deposit, and when I said I didn’t want to put one down, they started talking to me in a confrontational tone, which really upset me. I don’t know if they were looking down on me because I’m young, but they kept trying to pick a fight with me.. I honestly felt like they were trying to fight me. My mood got so bad after leaving this hospital. I’m not going to have surgery here because of the manager.
