I went to the consultation on time, but they said the director was in surgery and I would have to wait an hour and a half. When I said I’d wait, the manager said thanks and then, "Then shall we talk about your surgery date?" and I was caught off guard. I turned them down and waited. From that point on, the manager was very uncomfortable. The tone was polite, but the expression was not. They diagnosed me first, which was also uncomfortable. After the wait, I met the director, who apologized and said they would look carefully, and they pointed out my entire face overall. It was nice that they considered facial harmony and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed. But from the standpoint of someone worried about my eyes, I wondered whether this was a place that could really do a good revision eyelid surgery.
