I was satisfied with the procedure, and the doctor also explained things well, but even if I arrive at my reserved time, I really end up waiting more than an hour, so that seems like a problem. It's so uncomfortable ㅠㅠ I wonder if they're accepting too many reservations... Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the procedure!
