I was able to see the director after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment timeㅠㅠ He clearly and firmly told me when something would not be effective for me, and explained the procedures that seemed likely to help with the concerns I had. He also explained why something would not be effective. The staff at the counter were all kind even though they were busy.
