I went in for a double-chin consultation, but even though I arrived on time, I had to wait 30 minutes. After waiting that long and going in, they looked at my face and said it seemed like surgery wouldn't have any effect, which was really confusing. I was shocked because I was being honest, but I had been to many other places too, and here they said it wouldn't have much effect, so I just left feeling defeated.
