The doctor is extremely straightforward and says things exactly as they are. Because of that, the consultation feels more comfortable and sincere. That said, the slightly blunt way of speaking might make some people uncomfortable.. but the procedure itself is quick and accurate, so it's fine. The staff are just average. I went because people on a cosmetic surgery app recommended this place, but I didn't really get the feeling that it was clearly different from what I expected. When I went, they recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning for me too (which I was already aware of, so I didn't think much of it). There were a lot of people, so even though I had a reservation, the wait was long, and they don't take photos or anything before the procedure; they go straight into it. The consultation is with the doctor.
