Consultation with the doctor first in the treatment room, then after that I went straight to the procedure room. The wait time varies a lot by day, from 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Before the procedure, they say I look much better, but how would they remember my before state? So that made me lose some trust. Later I was contacted and told that if I left a review on the platform separately, they'd give me a free procedure, but I didn't do it.
