I visited right on time after making a reservation, but had to wait over an hour for a consultation with the medical staff, and then I waited again for the consultation with the chief staff member. It felt like I had waited a total of over 2 hours from my reservation time until I actually received the treatment. I recommend coming with plenty of extra time.
