I made a same-day appointment, so I didn't get to see the director at all. I only saw the staff manager, and maybe because the manager was quite tired.. They consulted with their eyes half open..ㅋㅋㅋ I wanted a non-incisional procedure, but they firmly said it absolutely wasn't possible, and the rest was explained about as much as I expected. They weren't especially kind or unkind.. just looked tired..ㅋㅋㅋ
