I don’t understand why they don’t do doctor consultations. No matter how backed up the surgeries are, shouldn’t they at least do it for a minute or two? I only consulted with the consultation manager. Also, when I made the consultation appointment by phone earlier, they didn’t even call to confirm on the day, so I was like, what kind of clinic is this?
