Nose tip surgery is recommended for people whose nostrils are not uneven. The side profile is so pretty, but from the front the uneven nostrils are so visible. I want to go back to how it was before surgery. I'm looking into revision surgery. The director was kind, but when checking my progress, he didn't even look for 10 seconds and just said, 'Your nose turned out well,' then left.
