I went for a consultation and thought I would first talk with the manager and then with the director, but I only consulted with the manager. She recommended that if I did the back-and-bottom canthoplasty, it would turn out well for my eyes, and she didn't recommend other procedures. Also, the manager was kind and explained things in a friendly, older-sister kind of way. Other than not seeing the director, I was satisfied with the consultation.
