I made an appointment because I wanted a consultation with the director, but I only got a consultation with the manager, so I felt a bit let down. I was told I'd have to wait about 40 minutes if I wanted a consultation with the director, and since I had another consultation scheduled anyway, I just went ahead with the manager consultation. But the manager explained everything as best as possible. Honestly, it didn't seem that different from a director consultation ㅋㅋㅋ
