A consultation with the director has to be booked separately. The head manager is a total pro, so she shows you the materials and recommends a line for you. She's apparently famous for being good. Anyway, I made time to go there, so I wish they had told me in advance that I wouldn't be able to consult with the doctor. That's the disappointing part.
