I came in for a consultation for eye surgery (canthoplasty), but I didn't get to see the director... I only talked with the consultation coordinator for about 15 minutes, and they were kind. There was no consultation fee or pressure to have surgery. But because I didn't get to see the director, I'm going to take it off my list for now.
