I decided to have the surgery after only consulting with the manager. Right before surgery, I was able to go over the design in detail with the doctor and ask all my questions about the operation, so I have no regrets. The whole process from consultation to surgery was very clean and orderly. There is a bit of waiting at the first consultation, but I was fine with that because I had expected it after reading other people’s reviews before visiting. I’m satisfied with the surgery result too. The doctor did it exactly in the direction I wanted. The long-term effect still has to be seen, but for now I’m very satisfied. I was also given a guarantee that if the lower canthoplasty comes undone after 6 months, they will do the surgery again for only the material cost. As a patient, that felt like having a very reliable safety net, and I liked that.
